Galaxy Outdoor Kitchens would like to introduce our new Culinary Director and Executive Chef Sandra Mallut.  Chef Sandra comes from a long history of being in the culinary industry from working large food festivals from the Great American Foodie Fest, World Pastry Championships to her newest event Life is Beautiful.  Her experience has us at Galaxy Outdoor Kitchens very excited as she brings many connections to the table that we can offer to our customers for our new class program.  Chef Sandra has two new classes on the schedule to assist you with your Holiday Parties.

June 30th – 7-9pm – BBQ Focus – MENU – Pulled Pork Sliders, Three Cheese Mac N Cheese, Crusty Bread & Tomato Salad and Grilled Pound Cake with Strawberries – a full menu for you learn and then FEAST on afterwards

July 2nd – 7-9pm – BBQ Focux – MENU – BBQ Pork Ribs with Rubs/Sauces, Maple Mustard Bacon Baked Beans, Grilled Caesar Salad with Croutons, Brown Sugar Butter Grilled Bananas with Fresh Cream – a full menu for you to learn and then FEAST on afterwards

You can sign up on our website and pay for your spot all classes are pre-paid NO Walk-ins as we have to make sure we have enough food for everyone!

Price: $75 per person – INCLUDES – instruction, food, feast afterwards, bbq sauce and mop brush, full recipes
